How will you tell me if my order was processed?

Once your order is processed successfully, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from the payment platform that your order went through. If you have not yet received that e-mail, it is recommended to check your spam/junk folder to see if the auto-generated e-mail was moved to that folder and marked as spam.

If you still have not found the order confirmation, please check your credit card/PayPal account to see whether the payment is successful.
