CAD Exercise 21 (ID:16000)

Let’s try drawing a component inside a door lock that has some rotational and sliding openings and slots.

Steps:

  1. Draw auxiliary lines with angles of 5 and 20 degrees.
  2. Draw multiple circles of specified sizes
  3. Use Arc, start center end to draw the arcs (Pay attention to the selection of clockwise and counterclockwise)
  4. Trim
  5. Offset the auxiliary line to the left by 8 units, then fillet with radii of 6 and 4, respectively
  6. Draw a straight line connecting the centers of the two circles on the right, then draw multiple parallel lines that are tangent to the circle, and then fillet with a radius of 4
  7. Add annotations after trim
